Chapter Sixteen: Your Love is Overbearing!

“Good morning, Sir Zeke.”

“The circles under your eyes are terrible. What happened? You couldn’t sleep?”

“Well… you could call it that.”

The following day had arrived. Zeke, who had come to Alice’s house, was concerned because of the dark circles beneath Alice’s eyes. Are they really that bad?

“Could it be that you couldn’t sleep because you were excited about today?”

“Don’t make fun of me. I’m not some kid.”

“You look like a perfectly normal kid to me, though… So, what’s wrong? Did something happen?”

“You could say I was fighting to protect my chastity.”

“Y-Your chastity?! W-What does that mean?! Who did you protect it from?!”

In a panic, Zeke asked.

Oh, yea. After all, I’m his fiancée, so it’s only natural that he’d react this way…

“Mainly from her.”

Alice said, pointing at Lili, who had a brighter complexion than the day before. Lili pinched the ends of her skirt and bowed her head after being pointed at.

“By Lady Liliana?”

“Oh, Mary as well. I’ve never been so shamed in my entire life.”

It truly had been a handful… For starters, Alice had been assured that the boys coming over were still men, despite the fact that they were immature brats. And that if Alice didn’t look her best, she’d be looked down upon.  After that, Mary and Lili had snatched her up and whisked her away to the bath. Alice had tried to resist them. However, she, a typical seven-year-old girl, had been unable to fight off wild animals capable of taking down bears and wild boars with their bare hands. In the end Alice had been stripped butt naked and washed all around.

“I won’t be able to marry…”

Alice said, covering her face with her hands.

It was awful… Furthermore, they both slept next to me, squashing me in the middle. To make matters worse, their breathing was quite heavy!!! Those two are bad news… How could Waku Academy have a no-age restriction with those two around!

“W-Won’t marry… Do not fret, Alice. You’re the woman who will become my wife.”

“I’m afraid that won’t be possible now that I’ve been disgraced in this way.”

“I-It’s fine! Both of them are women, aren’t they? It’s no big deal! Think of it as having been bitten by a dog, okay?!”

“Even if it’s you, Your Highness, don’t you think it’s a little impolite to refer to me as a dog?”

Zeke was urgently attempting to console Alice when Lili spoke out.

Hyaa! I’m reminded of yesterday’s terror every time I see Lili!!!

“I apologize, Lady Liliana. However, was it really necessary? Don’t you see Alice trembling in fear? Just what in the world did you do to her yesterday?!”

“We washed her all around. Lady Alice’s bare figure was quite lovely. Furthermore, the way she attempted to conceal herself only added to her cuteness.”

Liliana exclaimed, her face beaming with excitement unfit for a seven-year-old. When Alice caught a glimpse of Lili’s appealing appearance, she flushed as well.

“Oh my, what is this? Lady Alice, did you perhaps enjoy yesterday’s act? Your face seems quite blushed.”

“I-I did not! I-I’m just embarrassed! S-Sir Zeke! D-Don’t listen to her!!!”

“You don’t have to hide it, Lady Alice.”

“Alice…  did you really…”

“Lili, don’t make it worse!!! S-Sir Zeke… please believe me…”

I didn’t like it. I DID NOT! I can get behind people liking BL and GL and I do not judge the, but I am 100% straight! This is not something I enjoy being a part of!

“……”

“S-Sir Zeke?”

“Are you trying to kill me?”

Zeke asked, his reddened face hidden behind his hand as he averted his gaze.

Huh? Huh? W-What?

“EW! Lady Alice, get away! I was right! All men are beasts! If he employs that ultimate technique on you, Lady Alice, you’ll get pregnant!!! You must get away from His Highness right now!!!”

Lili said, forcefully dragging Alice away from His Highness.

If men are beasts, then you’re a wild animal! That applies to both your character and your physical abilities! And what do you mean that I’ll get pregnant?!

“W-Who are you calling a beast! I’ll have you know that I’m a proper gentleman!”

“I wonder about that. Then, Your Highness, how about this? Lady Alice and I both went into the bath yesterday. Lady Alice was stark naked.”

“? W-What about it? It’s normal to go into the bath naked, is it not?”

“That is right. But it was Lady Alice that was stark naked.”

Lili said with a wry smile.

“Picture it, Your Highness. Lady Alice’s beautiful figure.”

“……”

“Don’t you wish to see it, Your Highness? Lady Alice’s stark naked figure.”

Hey!  Why are you salivating for, Zeke?!

“Pervert.”

“I! I-I’m not!!! I didn’t imagine it! I-It’s just that… It’s that!!!”

“Did you see, Lady Alice? All men are beasts. Even if he is His Highness, he is still a man on the inside. It makes no difference if he’s seven or not!”

“W-Who are you calling a beast! You’re going over the line, Lady Liliana!”

“I don’t mind! I’ll go to any length to protect Lady Alice, even if it means putting my life on the line! I’ll gladly curry favor with my Father, Viscount Swarov, if it means I’ll be able to liberate Lady Alice from His Highness’s evil clutches!”

“Evil clutches, you say! I’ll have you know that Alice and I are already engaged! How can you say that to me when you’re well aware of the situation?!”

“I can! And weren’t you against the marriage? Miss Mary told me everything! I’m not giving Lady Alice to someone like you, Your Highness!”

“…”

That was definitely a critical hit. Now it makes sense. Lili used to always start something with Zeke back in the game. I now understand why she did what she did.

“To top it off, you even told Lady Alice that you’d rather have me? Are your eyes rotten, Your Highness? The gap between Lady Alice and myself is comparable to the gap between the ground and the sky, the earth and the sun, or a larva and a butterfly!”

“I agree with that now!!! Aren’t you, Lady Liliana, being far too hypocritical?! You’re completely different from your usual self!”

“And what if I am? I will behave gracefully in front of you, Your Highness, as long as there is no person of interest between us. I am a viscount’s daughter, after all. But if you were to injure my beloved Lady Alice, that would be a different story. I would do everything in my power to eliminate you.  Don’t you agree, Miss Mary?”

“Of course I do. For Lady Alice’s sake, I’ll even fight against Baron Melloways or the Master if needed. It makes no difference to me whether you are royalty or not, Your Highness. I won’t go so far as to cut your head off, but I might crush your precious parts.”

“Alice, your maids are way too scary!!!”

Don’t remind me… I’m also scared of them…

“Please do not misunderstand, Your Highness. Those are not our genuine feelings; despite what we say.”

“Really? They sounded pretty genuine to me.”

“W-Well that might be the case but… Despite what they say, Sir Zeke, they aren’t planning on overthrowing the royal family…”

Well yea, that would be way too rude…

Zeke sighed when he heard Alice say that.

“I am aware. They’re implying that they won’t forgive me if I don’t treat you well… Isn’t that right, Lady Liliana, Miss Mary?”

“That is correct.”

“Normally, I could never forgive you for injuring Lady Alice, but Your Highness, you are still a prince. I’m willing to overlook it if you promise to stay by Lady Alice’s side.”

“Hahaha, Miss Mary, you’re rather strict, aren’t you? But I guess you’re right. I will not harm Alice. I’ll do anything in my power to protect her.”

“Even if you don’t, it’s fine. Your Highness, if you can’t defend her, I’ll do it until the end of my days.”

“I can’t let you do that Lady Liliana.”

Zeke said with a bright smile. However, in the next moment…

“So? Is your charade finally over?”

Zeke’s smile suddenly froze. and a look that said ‘I messed up’ showed on his face.

“You have a lot of guts to show that stuff in front of me, especially since I took the time to come here.”

Reinhard Batter said, the veins on his forehead apparent.

You’re quite the rude one as well, aren’t you?! Well it wouldn’t be Waku Academy if he wasn’t.
